Koala Conservation

Smart tools for evidence-based investment

Support for Koala Conservation

Healthy Land & Water provides natural resource management support to Queensland communities.

To improve access to evidence-based investment, Healthy Land & Water is creating a user-friendly technology to support evidence-based investment in koala habitat, koala threat reduction, and koala populations.

The technology uses established science to model and simulate the impacts of conservation efforts.

About the Project

The Healthy Land & Water Koala Conservation Tool is a science-based, impartial, and constantly evolving technological platform that bridges scientific research with practical koala conservation.

Validation (Today)

We take the underpinning data and scientific models to be critiqued and validated by established scientists.

Expansion

Based on expert and user feedback, we will create a business case for expanding the application.

Impact

An organically growing technology that continues to improve and support koala conservation.
